Assisted in Organising 'Woolwich Youth Together Community Cohesion’
PL9 assisted and participated with the Woolwich youth together community Cohesion, which saw a lot of young people in attended and showcase their many talents for the community.
Raised over £7,000 at Memorial Football Event
PL9 participated in a memorial football match organized by Bexleyheath Academy (B.A.) in February 2014, raising over £7,000 for the Academy to conduct two full days of cardiac screening and donating defibrillators to the Academy.
Took part in a 12-mile walk around London for C.R.Y
Took part in a 12-mile walk around the city of London for C.R.Y (Cardiac Risk in the Young) and also raised £5, 709.00 for C.R.Y
Raised over £46,000 for Defibrillators
To date PL9, fundraising efforts has raised over £46.000 for the installing of defibrillators in various schools, youth sports centres, churches within the Borough of Bexley and other parts of London.

The PL9 has been recognized by the Secretary of State for the NHS, as well as two additional community impact awards.
Received Outstanding Achievement award by the London Borough of Bexleys
PL9 received the Outstanding Achievement award by the London Borough of Bexley and was also invited to be part of the opening of the Bexley Civic centre with our now PM BOJO.
Invited by our local MP to the Houses of Parliament
PL9 was invited by our local MP to the Houses of Parliament to join in the debates where she passionately challenged the government to make heart screening available to young people and defibrillators free in all schools and public places
Invited to talk by Mayors of Bexley and Greenwich
PL9 was invited by the Mayor of Bexley and the Mayor of Greenwich to talk about the importance of our campaign.

PL9 was invited to several events and conferences as a keynote speaker which gives us several opportunities to raise awareness and encourage parents to encourage their children to consider heart screening especially if they are into sports

PL9 has also organised over 15 community youth talent showcases which has also giving us great opportunity to reach out to our young audiences.

0ver 600 young people connected to PL9 since 2013. More than 269 have graduated from University.
